Design and development of this Appraiser Trainee website was subcontracted to Internet Architects by another Internet development firm that ran into problems and needed help.

Rather than spend money on developing the look and feel of the website, the client chose to focus on developing the complexity of the supporting system. This provides the most benefit to visitors as well as any appraiser trainees that might be using the site to promote their services. For example, searching by zip code lists all appraiser trainees for that zip code AND the surrounding county.
